business，occupation，employment，profession这四个名词都表示一个人经常的，全赖以过生活的职业
1．business表示“行业，商业，生意”，只为了图利（常指为自己利益）而为之工作，特指商业，银行业，贸易业等。用作不可数名词，常与介词about，concerning，in regard to，at，by，in，into，like，on，out of，of，to，with等连用。例如：

She has to be
at business by nine. 她得在九点以前上班。
The man has
lost money by business. 那个人做生意赔了本。
